Conference Bridge Instructions:

Copy the link above to a web browser.

Click on “Schedule” and enter your information for the meeting. You can add attendees here and it will e-mail them the specific information for the meeting. You can also give out the meeting number, 244-0410, that people can call and be entered in to the meeting place. Once they call the number they will need the meeting ID number and should follow the “on phone” instructions to join the meeting. NOTE: Only ten callers are allowed.

Conference Calling from Desk Phone: 

While on a call, press the “Con?’ button on the phone screen, if you do not see it, press the “more’ button and then select “Conf.” Dial the number to conference in. If it’s an external number, make sure to dial “9” first. If it is an internal number (extension), dial the extension. Once the caller answers press “Conf’ again to merge calls. You can do this for as many people as you want.

I. Go to www.GoToMeeting.com

2. On the top right of the screen, click on Log-in

3. Enter the Email Address and Password and click Log In:

4. Click Meet Now”, located on the left hand side of the page
