1.  Log into the Great Plains Production Server. You'll use your Hilltop Logon to get onto the server.
  2.  On the desktop you will see an icon for "DataMart Start".
  3. Enter the password for the MRAdmin credentials
    1. Username:htop\mradmin
    2.  Password will be sent in a separate e-mail

  4. If you press Y, the Datamart will rebuild.
  5. When the Datamart is rebuilding it will cause MR to run very slow.
  6. Make sure to sign out of your remote session:
  • Click the Start symbol, click the Profile icon, click on Sign out
    • Do not use the Red X at the top of the screen
    • Do not use the Windows Key
NOTE: If someone is logged into the server, you'll have to call that person to have them log out if you cannot sign in to the server.
