Modifying distribution groups

Navigate to F:\Shortcuts\ManagingDistributionLists

Double click ManagingDistributionLists-O365 shortcut to open the distribution list manager

There are two ways to find Distribution groups:

Search

              Type the first part of the name of a distribution list and click Find Now

              Double click the distribution group

              Add or Remove members as desired

              Click OK

              Close the window

OR

              Browse to \htop\PROGRAMS\Distribution Lists\

              Select the folder corresponding to the program the distribution list is in and click OK

              Double click the Distribution list you want to modify

              Add or Remove members as desired

              Click OK

              Close the window
