SUMMARY: If you can't log into Zello with the password you've used in the past, there a few things you can try.

  • A first step may be to use another device, especially if you don't have time to troubleshoot. 
  • Your username should always be your Hilltop E-Mail address. 
  • Make sure the iPod has access to the internet. You do this by going to Settings > Wi-Fi, and seeing if there if there a checkbox next to Hilltop or Pager. 
  • The Hilltop standard is to use your email address for your username. If you forget your password you can try the "Forgot?" feature in Zello. This sends the user an email so they can reset their password. 
  • If you can't log into any device, your acccount may have been setup incorrectly. At this point we'll create you a new account with your Hilltop information.
