If you see all the icons on the iPods, it usually means that it has lost access to the internet for a while.
This can sometimes happen if the iPod has not been used for a while.
The way to fix this is to connect the iPod to any network an easy password to type:
1. Go to the Settings App
2. Click Wi-Fi
3. Click Hilltop Guests
4. The password is: Hilltop1950!
After the apple device recieves its profile, the icons will then disappear and the device is ready for use.
