Click on Administration

            Click Administration Overview

            Click on Employees

In the pop up window click “Yes” in the System Login Rights

Click “All” in Return Results.

Run the report.  Then scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click HR Format > Click Open

Sort by Column “A” Employee ID.

Delete any ID that is a person’s name.

Open a new email in Outlook.

Copy the email address in column F.  Do not copy the header.

Paste the address in the “To” section.  Outlook will fix the formatting when you leave that section to put a subject, write the email or attach a document.
