If your F and or H drive did not map, please try restarting your computer.
If this is a laptop and you are connecting via WiFi, check to be sure you are connected to htop. After confirming connected to Htop, do not restart, log off and log back in
Also, just because the folder shows a red X, does not always mean it didn't connect. Try double clicking on the folder after you've done a reboot. If that does not work, please input an IT ticket.
