1. Sign into Adaxes Helpdesk


2. On the Adaxes home screen select create user, wait for the menu to load and select Users and enter the fields listed below.

  1. First Name 
  2. Last Name
  3. Email (with the HTOP email).
  4. Description (with job title).
  5. Office (with last four of social).
  6. Password (with default password “Abcdef” and last four of social).
  7. Make sure user must change password on login.


3. Select Finish at the bottom so save the changes.


4. The following page should give you the users account ID. 




5. Log into MyUnity.


6. Under the setup tap select Security > Users > Add a user


 



7. Enter User ID, Last name, First name, Pin(last four of social), Time zone, daylight savings.




8. User the matrix in F:\InformationTechnology\Users\New_Users\Vision named Vision User Access Guide to fill In the following fields.

  1. Library Group
  2. User’s Organizational Access
  3. Care Setting
  4. Associated Rolls




9. Update user at the bottom left.


10. To edit Skills and Disciplines select EDIT under Associated Personnel, then skills , licenses, requirements, and disciplines.




11. Save all changes and update user once more.
