iSpring Install and Authentication Guide

  1. Download the Installer File
    • 64-bit version: Download Here
    • https://cdn4.ispringsolutions.com/download/11.9/103005/ispring_suite_x64_11_9_1.msi
  2. Install the Software
    • Run the downloaded .msi file and authenticate using your Level 2 account.
    • After installation, simply close the installer and do NOT select “run now”

Open iSpring Suite 11

    • Press the Windows key, search for iSpring Suite 11, and launch the application.
  1. Sign In to iSpring
    • In the iSpring app, click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
    • Select Sign In.
    • A browser window will open. If this doesn't happen, ensure Chrome or Edge is set as the default browser.
  2. Sign In Using Workspace URL
    • In the browser window, select Sign in with Workspace URL.
    • Enter hilltop as the workspace URL.
    • Use your saved credentials or the one-time sign-on code to log in.
    • Once authenticated, the browser will confirm with a message saying you can close the window.
  3. Finalize in PowerPoint
    • Reopen PowerPoint.
    • You should now see a new iSpring Suite tab in the ribbon at the top.
    • Click the iSpring Suite tab.
    • In the top-right corner of the pane, click the sign-in option. You should be logged in automatically.
