Log into Sparkrock


First go check Users to see that the User's "User Group Memberships" are similar to somebody in their same position.


A majority of users will look like this:



If that looks fine or the User still cannot get into the desired area of Sparkrock, go to User Settings.


Find the User in question ( the search does not work, you will need to scroll down the appropriate user ) .


Click their name to open up their User Settings card. 

Next to the role dropdown click the elipsis (...) to open up the Available Roles card.

Most Users should have the "HTOP Purchase Requests and Inventory" .



Example: A user that had this issue had the role "Team Member" instead.


The user's permissions *should* be correct now. :)

If the user still cannot get in after adjusting these roles and groups, submit a ticket to support.
